This page will guide you through what to expect, how it works, and how to enjoy each month’s floral surprise.
What's Included:
Your subscription brings you a once-a-month floral surprise from January through September, beginning with a special winter bloom and continuing through the heart of flower season here at Heart Hollow Homestead Co.
🌸 January — Waxed Amaryllis Bloom
Your subscription begins with a handcrafted waxed amaryllis bulb.
These specialty bulbs are designed to grow and bloom indoors during the winter season—often right around January—bringing a beautiful burst of color when it’s needed most. No soil. No water. Just light, time, and a little bit of magic.
🌷 February & March — Early Tulips
These months feature tulips timed to bloom well ahead of the typical season.
Their early arrival makes them a true winter-to-spring treat, offering joyful color before outdoor flowers begin to bloom.
🌼 April through September — Field-Grown Bouquets
As the farm comes alive, your bouquets transition to seasonal, field-grown blooms harvested at their peak.
From spring flowers to summer sunflowers, dahlias, zinnias, and more, each month reflects the beauty growing in Mount Carmel.
How it Works:
Monthly Pickup or Delivery
Each month, you’ll receive a message from us to coordinate pickup or delivery, depending on the option selected during purchase.
• Pickup is available at the farm.
• Delivery is available within our local delivery area (if chosen at purchase).
• We’ll coordinate the exact day each month based on what’s blooming.
• Subscriptions will be available for pickup or delivery on a Saturday each month.
• Once our first early tulip harvest is ready (February), we’ll select the delivery/pickup date for that month. We’ll then stick to the same Saturday each month going forward (for example, the 3rd Saturday of every month).
A Note About Seasonality
Our flowers are grown in partnership with nature, which brings its own rhythms and surprises.
Because of this, monthly bouquet dates and varieties may shift slightly, depending on weather, bloom cycles, and seasonal conditions.
On rare occasions, if our fields need a little backup, we may supplement with blooms from other trusted growers to ensure you always receive something beautiful.
We always prioritize using flowers from our own farm first.

FAQ
Do I need to do anything to receive my monthly bouquet?
We’ll contact you each month to coordinate your pickup/delivery date. No need to remember anything—we’ll guide you.
What if I will be out of town during a pickup/delivery date?
If you’ll be away, you’re welcome to designate a friend or family member to receive your bouquet.
• Pickup customers: Your friend may pick up the bouquet at our farm.
• Delivery customers: We’re happy to deliver to someone within your same neighborhood (typically within 1–2 streets of your home).
Just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll make sure your flowers get to the right place.
Can I pause or skip a month?
Because flowers are harvested fresh and arranged just for you, subscriptions can’t be paused or extended.
What if I’m not home for a delivery?
You may leave a vase of water in a shady spot on your porch. We’ll send you a text as soon as the flowers are delivered.
Please keep in mind that heat can affect flower longevity once delivered.
